Endeavor Hotel Group, a hotel management company based in Wichita, KS, today announced the sale of the Best Western Coffeyville Central Business District in Coffeyville, KS. Endeavor had bought the hotel in 2021 and successfully rebranded, repositioned and reimagined the hotel during its ownership period.
Endeavor today owns and operates 6 hotels representing 854 rooms across 5 states in the Midwestern United States. The company began operations in late 2020 and is led by President & CEO Roy Arnold, a hospitality industry veteran whose prior leadership experience includes overseeing a portfolio of 46 hotels across 23 states and serving as an officer in the United States Marine Corps.
“The sale of the Coffeyville asset represents a significant step in Endeavor’s growth.” said Arnold. “The Coffeyville asset was Endeavor’s first hotel acquisition. We were able to manage the hotel through challenging market conditions, add operational value and create meaningful equity appreciation for our investors during a short ownership period. We maintain a robust pipeline of new acquisition opportunities, which we expect to consummate as we continue to grow our footprint in the Midwest.”
