Endeavor Hotel Group, a hotel management company based in Wichita, KS, today announced the acquisition of the Arrowwood Lodge at Brainerd Lakes in Baxter, MN. The acquisition was funded through a syndicated offering to an experienced private investor group.
Endeavor now owns and operates 7 hotels representing approximately 1,000 rooms across 5 states in the Midwestern United States. The company began operations in late 2020 and is led by President & CEO Roy Arnold, a hospitality industry veteran whose prior leadership experience includes overseeing a portfolio of 46 hotels across 23 states and serving as an officer in the United States Marine Corps.
“We are very excited about the Brainerd Lakes acquisition.” said Arnold. “Our team has spent considerable time evaluating the Central Minnesota market, which we believe aligns well with our strategic vision. The transaction represents our fourth through a syndicated offering. We maintain a robust pipeline of new acquisition opportunities, which we expect to consummate through similar structures as we continue to grow our footprint in the Midwest.”
“We will execute our “reimagine, rebrand, and reposition” strategy to drive performance, diversify revenue streams and deliver an exceptional guest experience.”
