Endeavor Acquires Comfort Inn SW Omaha I-80

Endeavor Hotel Group, a hotel management company based in Wichita, KS, today announced the acquisition of the Comfort Inn SW Omaha I-80 in Omaha, NE. This is Endeavor’s third hotel acquisition in the past fourteen months. The acquisition was funded through a syndicated offering to an experienced private investor group.

Endeavor owns and manages midscale hotels serving suburban and small city markets located in the Midwestern United States. The company began operations in late 2020 to acquire and manage hotels that are well positioned to benefit from the hospitality industry’s recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic alongside Endeavor’s performance enhancement strategy. Endeavor isled by President & CEO Roy Arnold, a hospitality industry veteran whose prior leadership experience includes overseeing a portfolio of 46 hotels across 23 states and serving as an officer in the United States Marine Corps.
