Endeavor Hotel Group, a hotel management company based in Wichita, KS, today announced the acquisition of the 298 room Holiday Inn Executive Center – Columbia Mall in Columbia, MO. The acquisition was funded through a syndicated offering to an experienced private investor group.
Endeavor now owns and operates 6 hotels representing 854 rooms across 5 states in the Midwestern United States. The company began operations in late 2020 and is led by President & CEO Roy Arnold, a hospitality industry veteran whose prior leadership experience includes overseeing a portfolio of 46 hotels across 23 states and serving as an officer in the United States Marine Corps.
“We are very excited about the Columbia acquisition,” said Arnold. “Our team has spent considerable time evaluating the Columbia market, which we believe aligns well with our strategic vision. The transaction represents our largest acquisition to date and our third through a syndicated offering. We maintain a robust pipeline of new acquisition opportunities, which we expect to consummate through similar structures as we continue to grow our footprint in the Midwest.”
