Endeavor Hotel Group, a hotel management company based in Wichita, KS, today announced the acquisition of the Best Western Premier Nicollet Inn in Burnsville, MN. This is Endeavor’s fourth hotel acquisition since 2021. The acquisition was funded through a syndicated offering to an experienced private investor group.
Endeavor owns and manages midscale and upscale hotels serving suburban and small city markets located in the Midwestern United States. The company began operations in late 2020 to acquire and manage hotels that are well positioned to benefit from the hospitality industry’s recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic alongside Endeavor’s performance enhancement strategy. Endeavor is led by President & CEO Roy Arnold, a hospitality industry veteran whose prior leadership experience includes overseeing a portfolio of 46 hotels across 23 states and serving as an officer in the United States Marine Corps.
“We are very excited about the Burnsville acquisition.” said Arnold. “Our team has spent considerable time evaluating the suburban Minneapolis market, which we believe aligns well with our strategic vision. The transaction represents our largest acquisition to date and our second through a syndicated offering. We maintain a robust pipeline of new acquisition opportunities, which we expect to consummate through similar structures as we continue to grow our footprint in the Midwest.”
